Spring break 25 @ Viscaya Gardens.

Following the Martha rules since 1991,

Well, I’m just grateful for the firsthand knowledge. along with now, knowing gardening is an ever evolving relationship, making it both immediately gratifying, and a source of long-term inspiration and enjoyment.

Just like entertaining, watching something you’re excited about come to fruition could not be more satisfying.

And the spring collections of everything being everywhere as I type….. OMG.

The smell of spring is in the air this morning; especially by the water.

Fragrance can take you away; whether it be Cap de Antibes, or Miami, Lake Michigan or Wyandotte County Lake (or even a simple tray of herbed canapés or

lemon curd/blackberry/rosemary tartlets…LOL) well, to me it just means summer is coming and the beach wherever you are will set you free.

And speaking of herbed canapés , this Springs’ collection will be in shades of purple, and I couldn’t be more excited to pair them with rainbow trout.

( btw, some seeds that just arrived in the mail are blowing my mind!!!)
