Beets , carrots, and breakfast radishes; oh my…
The pouring rain this Sunday morning is much needed, due to me planting over a dozen seed packets yesterday (that will create incredibly beautiful crudité in less than 60 days for a fabulous Memorial Day weekend, brunch).

Full of hope that the soon-to-be April showers bring lots of May flowers!
I’m obsessed this spring with new collections coming out of Paris and the couture fragrances that are raising the bar and offering true extracts and elixirs.
Aromatherapy has an incredibly huge impact on my psyche and brings on almost a euphoria w/ some notes. The smell of spring is my second favorite time of year (first, of course, Christmas) and I’m grateful for the opportunity to combine passions; food, flowers, and fragrance.
(Also, grateful for all the blooming/flowering/forced branches I have in vases in every corner!!!)
In the meantime, I will bake the day away making gooseberry bread & filled-croissants and get caught up on ironing napkins and table cloths.
Along with finishing touches of spring cleaning and organizing the shelves in the medicine chest, LOL!
Just some rainy day activities to get me through till the sun comes out tomorrow!!!
